New 4-story 30,000 sf core and shell commercial building over 2 levels of underground parking. Project had a zero lot line and set back from public right of way on a busy retail street. Construction consisted of soldier beams, shotcrete lagging and a tie back shoring systems with a cast-in-place concrete superstructure. The project achieved a  LEED Gold Certification.
