Construction of three new office buildings consisting of 562,000 sf with associated tenant improvements.  Work includes a post tensioned parking garage with 1,863 parking stalls.  The project includes extensive site development, storm water retention, drought resistant landscaping, a cool roof, and an open floor plan to maximize natural lighting. the project also includes a comprehensive lighting and energy management control system.  This project achieved Silver LEED for the Core/Shell, and Gold LEED for the Tenant Improvements.
